EFT or 'Emotional Freedom Technique' is also called tapping. It is an energy modality which has proved itself to be successful at relieving stress and removing energetic blockages. It can help with stuck and negative emotions. It is beneficial for the mind, body and spirit and improves the flow of energy. By gently tapping with the fingers on acupressure points on the face, collarbone and fingers in what we call a 'protocol' it is possible in one session to feel calmer, more centred and have an improved sense of wellbeing.
